Cowboy Safety is a way of running a business so that the business can survive no matter what may happen. We all know that a fire or flood can destroy a business as well as injure or kill people. What is becoming a greater hazard is that societal and economy changes can also destroy a business. Competitive advantage can be gained with a whole new look at at how a business functions. A new look that is often based on how things were done in the past sometimes way way back.

When Jesus gave the Great Commission, Matthew 28:19, did he intend that we dress up dark-skinned people in warm climates in coats and ties, and teach them to sing white country gospel songs from the 50s in English?
